I'm reading a series of books by Stephen King called The Dark Tower. I'm on the last one. Here's a little excerpt that applied:

Good freakin weekend. Got accepted to Georgia. Eagles beat the Cowboys. So awesome. I will have a huge Eagles celebration extravaganza tomorow. And this week will be good too. I can't wait for PA and Christmas. It's been a year. Ok. This entry of short sentences is over. |

Hey this weekend was pretty ballin. A lot of band, but fairly enjoyable for the most. Some parts very enjoyable. St. Pete in 5 days. I really can't wait. No seriously. I'm really fucking excited for it. Like, i'll be distracted in classes all week thinking of it. I wish lauren wouldve been able to come. The last time we hung out,outside of school was...I cant even think of when. I might be a little emotional when band is all said and done with. Once band is over hopefully we'll hang out, yeah? Friday's and saturdays party party party? I sure do hope so. Its senior year. I try not to think about all the people I'll never see again. |

Edit: I underestimated sunday. The weather, getting my brain project done, and NFL made this sunday pretty enjoyable. |

I'm really happy. And its not one of those in the moment short term deal. For the past couple days ive been above average happy. Maybe cause football is starting. Maybe cause homecoming is around the corner. Who knows? But I like it. And hope it lasts. The End. |

Ive had this journal since november 04. I had 16 entries in Jan 05. 197 entries total. Interesting.
I had a very good weekend. Friday was hanging out with knapp and co. at diffrent eating establishments + the bridge. It was a surprisingly good time. Surprising in the fun we had doing what we did. Not with the people. You know what I ment.
Saturday was an all day practice. Not bad. Couldve been more painful i guess. The preview show went well though. And then i hung out with christina, jeana and chantel. Probably the highlight of my weekend. It was just like old times. I wish it could happen every weekend.
Today, I visited UGA with frisbee and his parents. Chris and my rents were there too. Most of what we saw, ive seen, and I didnt learn too much new stuff. But it was still enjoyable because the campus is nice like. I'd like to go there. I'd like for all of us to go there.
This weekend will be good. Trust me. |

Yesterday was awesome. I always say everything works out on fridays. I didnt do any of my math homework; he didnt even mention that we had homework, i didnt study for a psych summer reading test; it was like "why did you like the book, why didnt you etc",
After school we went to the bridge, which was fun just chilling out. Then we went and saw SuperBad which was one of the funniest movies ive ever seen. Its not just stifled laughter. Its full out-about to cry-my lungs feels exhausted from laughing so much- funny. And theres are countless times this happens during the movie.
AND most importantly, The Eagles won. Mcnabb played awesome. This is awesome. |

Monday, August 13th. The day it all begins. Again. The time I'm the most happy. August 13th marks the time where I can look forward to joy and elation for months and months to come. I know theres going to be trials and tribulations. Some hard work and perservation. Inevitably some heartbreaks. But I know that at the end of it all, I'll reflect on it all and know it was worth it. Monday, August 13th of course is the Philadelphia Eagles 1st preseason game. What did you think I was talking about? |
